Mrs. Marlo Thomas Watson is currently the Founder, and Chief Engagement Officer for the Marlo Companies, Inc. Marlo is adept at supporting organizations in identifying, analyzing, designing, and managing various organizational development initiatives. She has supported organizations and teams in creating systems and processes which create belonging, performing audits, facilitating retreats, and coached leaders on transforming their team dynamics.
Marlo is an ICF credentialed coach (ACC) and a Certified Diversity Coach (ADC). She also possesses a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, MS in Public Administration, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management.
Prior to starting The Marlo Companies (TMC), Marlo served in various leadership roles spanning Georgia to the North East Kingdom of Vermont. She remains a highly sought-after partner because of her current and former professional capacities, from her tenure as a Senior Staffing Specialist, Director of Adult and Workforce Education, Community Relations Manager, to a High school Educator.
As the Chief Engagement Officer, Marlo (and team) have provided Coaching, Strategic Planning, Change Management, Training, and other organizational development supports to individuals, teams, and organizations. Marlo is also a Principal Coach for the Infinity Coaching Group and is a certified facilitator in the following instruments: Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, DISC, and True Colors Facilitator. In her spare time Marlo is a dedication volunteer, theater enthusiast, and community change agent.
