Samuel Wiggins is the Chief Executive Officer for Wiggins Advisory, LLC, and the Chief Operating Officer for Soteryx Corp. He has over 25 years of experience in executive leadership, security, and risk management. His expertise in the management of projects, people, and resources spans both private and government sectors.
Sam’s distinguished career includes extensive government service. He has worked for the Central Intelligence Agency, the Department of Defense, and the Environmental Protection Agency. He was a United States Federal Agent from 2002 to 2017. During that time, he served as the Special Agent in Charge of an executive protection detail for a member of the President’s cabinet; worked with the National Joint Terrorism Task force; and served as the Associate Administrator for the Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Homeland Security.

Mr. Wiggins received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern University and A&M College. His most important accomplishments are being a loving husband to his wife, Stephanie Wiggins, and a proud father to their son, Matthew.
As the incoming Chairman of the Northern Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce, I am proud of the Chamber’s incredible strides over the past years. I’m especially grateful to the stewardship of our outgoing Chairman, Corey Holeman, and the progressive efforts of our Executive Director, Sheila Dixon. I am also very excited about the future of the Chamber and working with our incoming Vice-Chair; Robin McDougal, Treasurer; Scott Price, Secretary; Jameel Scott, and our fellow esteemed board members. Together, we will do great things for our membership and the Northern Virginia black business community as a whole.
